Recently I have noticed the <b>increase<\/b> in home baking as people are staying at home because of the virus. Many people are keeping busy by trying new recipes and cooking\/baking. I went to the supermarket and couldn\u2019t find any flour or baking powder because a lot of people are <b>buying<\/b> items that are needed for baking. People are <b>uploading<\/b> pictures of what they have made on social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok. A very popular trend on TikTok is making Dalgona coffee. There are many videos online <b>demonstrating<\/b> how to create the coffee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here is a simple recipe to make cupcakes \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><b>Equipment<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A large bowl<\/li>\n<li>Weighing scales and measuring spoon<\/li>\n<li>Wooden spoon, whisk (or fork)<\/li>\n<li>Cupcake cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>125g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>125g butter<\/li>\n<li>125g self raising flour<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon vanilla essence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Preheat<\/b> the oven<\/li>\n<li>Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl<\/li>\n<li><b>Add<\/b> the eggs<\/li>\n<li><b>Sift <\/b>the flour<\/li>\n<li><b>Beat<\/b> everything together until the mixture is smooth<\/li>\n<li>Use a tablespoon to half fill each case with the cupcake mixture then put them in the oven.
